Just as they are at Greek fish houses from Astoria to the Upper West Side, fresh whole fish are displayed on ice, simply grilled, and priced by the pound. Elsewhere on the menu, spinach pie goes Gallic as spanakopita napoleon, and even souvlaki has a seafood slant, substituting skewered medallions of Chilean sea bass for lamb.
