Exquisite. The venison is cooked perfectly to your liking, thinly sliced and presented with a superb mille-feuille-type potato. It's a perfect signature dish to compliment the other three courses. Even though the dining experience left us quite full, my mouth is still watering thinking about some of the most well-prepared and mild venison I've... More tasted.

Absolutely wonderful! Both the medium rare venison, as well as the madeira reduction! What a great idea to combine it with artichok.
